Getting Started — First-Time Setup
- Settings (gear icon, top right) — Enter your Cloudflare Worker URL and Cin7 product category. This connects the tool to live inventory data.
- Sync from Cin7 — Click to pull live stock levels, availability, and product info from Cin7. New products in your category are auto-imported.
- Lead Times — Set manufacturing and transit days per vendor once. Click Apply to stamp all matching products automatically.
💡 After your first sync, fill in Avg. Monthly Sales for each product — this drives all reorder forecasting.
The Inventory Table
- Origin — Domestic or Import label, set per vendor in Lead Times.
- Top Category — Business category (Bulk, Amusement, EBVM, etc.), set per vendor in Lead Times.
- Category — Pulled directly from Cin7.
- Vendor — Pulled from Cin7 Brand field. Each vendor gets a unique color pill.
- On Hand / Available / On Order — Live from Cin7 ORD warehouse.
- Avg Cost — Average cost from Cin7.
- Inv. Value — Available qty × avg cost.
- Mo. Sales — Enter manually. Used to calculate all reorder timing.
- Sell-Thru % — Monthly sales ÷ on-hand. High % = fast mover.
- Days Remaining — How long current stock will last at current sales rate.
- Lead Time — Mfg days + transit days combined.
- Days to Order — Days until you must place a PO. Red = overdue, yellow = within 30 days.
- Reorder By — Calculated date to place the purchase order.
- Reorder Qty — Set manually. Used in PO export.
💡 Click any column header to sort. Click again to reverse.
Filtering & Search
- Status tabs (All / Critical / Order Soon / OK) — Filter by reorder urgency.
- Search bar — Filter by product name as you type.
- Origin / Top Category / Category / Vendor dropdowns — Multi-select filters. All values are pre-checked by default. Uncheck values to hide those rows. Other dropdowns automatically update to show only values present in the filtered result.
- Clear — Resets that filter to show all values.
💡 Filters stack — use Status + Top Category + Vendor together to drill into exactly the view you need.
Saved Views
Save your current filter combination as a named view so you can return to it instantly.
- Set up your filters, then click Views in the toolbar.
- Type a name (e.g. "Amusement — Import Only") and click Save.
- Click any saved view to restore all filters at once.
- Click × next to a view to delete it.
💡 Views are saved per browser — each team member has their own set of saved views.
Export CSV
Click Export CSV to download every visible row as a spreadsheet. The export respects all active filters — what you see is what you get. Includes all columns: inventory levels, costs, sales, lead times, and reorder data.
Purchase Orders
- Click Export PO to open the PO preview — all Critical and Order Soon items with a Reorder Qty are included.
- Edit quantities and unit costs directly in the preview before printing.
- Click Print PO to open a print-ready version in a new window.
Adding & Editing Products
- Click Add Product to manually add a product.
- Click Edit on any row to update monthly sales, reorder qty, lead times, notes, or any field.
- Products imported from Cin7 sync will show "Imported from Cin7" in Notes — fill in Mo. Sales and Reorder Qty to activate forecasting.
Lead Times by Vendor
Click Lead Times to open the vendor table. Set Origin (Domestic/Import), Top Category, Mfg Days, and Transit Days per vendor. Click Apply to All Products — every product with that vendor is updated instantly.
💡 You only need to do this once per vendor. Re-open Lead Times anytime to adjust.
